RE/MAX Sells Christmas 🎄
A Christmas poem for you as RE/MAX sells Christmas homes in December.
T’was the month of December
And I’m still in my house.
Not a buyer is looking,
Not even a mouse.
My time in this home
Will be ending soon here.
I’m buying a new one
Beginning next year.
I need a good realtor.
One with wisdom, a pro.
If I don’t sell by Christmas
I’ll have no place to go.
The house is pristine.
The outside is glowing.
It’s never unclean.
It’s ready for showing.
I’m sitting here patiently
Waiting for lookers or buyers.
I’d even settle for
Some Christmas Choirs.
And Who Should Appear?
Then what to my wondering eyes should appear
Mr. Zompa, himself, and his agents. Oh, dear!
They’re the best in the nation, This team is from RE/MAX.
So, now I can sit down to rest and relax.
Along with them, are some serious buyers,
Let’s hope they stay for a couple of hours.
I can only hope they came with quick cash,
I’d like this house to be sold in a flash.
They’re looking. They’re searching.
They like what they see.
They’re hooting and hollering.
She says, “I think it’s for me.”
Mr. Zompa just listens and then he just waits.
He looks at the lady and doesn’t hesitate.
He smiles and says with a twinkle, so bright.
“I think this house will fit you just right.”
The man exclaims as he pulls out a pen.
“My dear, I think this is the end.
Our search is complete. We’ve reached our goal.
Let’s live in this house until we grow old.”
A Great Team Year Round
RE/MAX folks, do make quite a great team.
